Our Toddler Waterproof Packasuits have a rating of 2,000mm, while the All-In-One Waterproof Shell Suit and Fleece-Lined Puddle Suits have a rating of 5,000mm, meaning they can withstand moderate to heavy rainfall.

Can My Child Wear Layers Underneath their Puddle Suit?

Yes. Every Hippychick waterproof suit features a generous, ergonomic cut specifically designed to accommodate multiple layers of clothing underneath. There is no need to size up just to fit bulky winter jumpers.

What Size Puddle Suit Should I Order for My Child?

We recommend choosing the size that corresponds with your child’s age, as our rain suits are designed to fit multiple layers underneath. If your child is exceptionally tall or between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I Wash the Puddle Suits in the Washing Machine?

Yes, all of our puddle suits are machine washable at 30°C. To maintain the garment’s integrity, avoid using fabric softeners.

Please note that, like all professional outdoor gear, repeated machine washing will eventually require the garment to be re-waterproofed with a suitable reproofer spray.
