The Silicone Sippy Cup is the perfect cup to grow with your child. They have been developed to aid babies as they learn how to swallow. As they grow and become more confident with drinking, remove the straw and sip from the edge. Then as they progress even further, remove the lid entirely for a completely open cup. The cup is suitable for warm and cold drinks, has double handles for little ones to grab and hold and features a measure on the interior. It even has a super wide base to reduce the risk of spills. The cup is designed with Feeding & Swallowing Specialist Speech Therapist; Stacey Zimmels in order to facilitate healthy and normal oral motor development.

The best-selling Tippy Up Cup is designed for drinking at home or on the go thanks to it’s flip top lid and weighted straw, which allows for any way up drinking. It has a nifty weighted straw that follows the liquid as the cup is tipped up, so that the user is never sucking at fresh air. Nor does it contain any sort of valve, meaning that the little one doesn’t have to suck hard to release the liquid. A simple flip top lid bends the straw over when not in use (e.g. for carrying around in a bag), keeping the straw hygienically clean but also preventing any of the drink from escaping. We all know how important it is for little ones to keep hydrated. The handy measure on the side of the cup allows you to keep a track of how much fluid they are getting throughout the day. The Tippy Up Cup is primarily made from Polypropylene; a material which is entirely BPA free and which does not contain or leach any harmful chemicals or toxins. It can also be easily recycled. The straws can be cleaned by washing in hot water with a mild detergent. Spare straws and a cleaning brush can be purchased separately. You can clean by any of the following methods:

1. Run the straw under the tap and rub it up and down between your fingers to remove any residue.

2. Fill the cup with hot soapy water. Close the lid and shake it. When you open it, the water will squirt out of the straw, giving it a ‘pressure clean’.

3. Using the TUM TUM cleaning brush. The straw is made from food grade silicone – also BPA free.

Please allow us up to 10 days from receipt of item for your refund to be processed. It will often be quicker than this but we want to manage your expectations at busier times of the year.

You may return an item to us for an exchange or refund providing that:

You return the item to us within 28 days of receiving your order
The goods are re-saleable, unused and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact
If any item is incorrect, faulty or damaged on receipt, please complete the Returns Request form and one of the team will aim to be in contact within 1 working day

We cannot accept your return if:

The returns request form on our website has not been completed and one of our team has not authorised your return.
Your item/s is a piece of clothing that has been laundered in a manner other than the recommended instructions
Your item/s is anything from our bedding protection or Dream Tube range that has had its original packaging opened

Please note that Hippychick Ltd is unable to pay for the cost of returning goods. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which do not reach us. Therefore, we recommend that you send returns via a tracked service of your choice, retaining your proof of postage. This returns policy is in addition to your Statutory rights.

Preloved Returns

We will only accept returns of preloved items if they are delivered in a condition that was not specified on the original preloved product listing.

This must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt of the order and then items must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving the order.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless pre approved by Hippychick Ltd. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For UK orders, depending on the weight and size of your order, deliveries are despatched either via Royal Mail or with a courier.
