This is another one of those products from Hippychick that you never knew you needed – but cannot live without! It is a portable memory foam travel pillow which you can take with you everywhere you go. It provides exceptional comfort and support when sitting on all sorts of chairs, wheelchairs, car seats, aeroplane seats. Measuring 44 x 25cm when out of the case and 30.5 x 19cm when packed away, it is made from highest quality memory foam. Ideal for coccyx and back pain relief allowing you to sit comfortably thus reducing pain.
The removable washable Tencel pillow cover is a naturally hygienic fibre made from 100% biodegradable wood pulp cellulose which acts as an excellent anti-allergy barrier and is 100% waterproof. To wash, simply unzip and remove the cover. Ensure you use non-bio powder, no fabric softeners and air dry where possible.
The memory foam filling itself makes the cushion extremely ergonomic – adapting easily to the contours of your neck, head and back allowing you to sit or lie supported, and in complete comfort. During pregnancy, it helps relieve pressure, relaxes neck and shoulder muscles, and perfectly supports the back making it ideal for mums to be.
When you are ready to put the memory foam travel pillow away, simply roll it up and tuck away in the handy travel bag. It will always bounce back to its original shape when taken back out.
Please allow us up to 10 days from receipt of item for your refund to be processed. It will often be quicker than this but we want to manage your expectations at busier times of the year.

The returns request form on our website has not been completed and one of our team has not authorised your return.
Your item/s is a piece of clothing that has been laundered in a manner other than the recommended instructions
Your item/s is anything from our bedding protection or Dream Tube range that has had its original packaging opened

Please note that Hippychick Ltd is unable to pay for the cost of returning goods. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which do not reach us. Therefore, we recommend that you send returns via a tracked service of your choice, retaining your proof of postage. This returns policy is in addition to your Statutory rights.
Preloved Returns
We will only accept returns of preloved items if they are delivered in a condition that was not specified on the original preloved product listing.
This must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt of the order and then items must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving the order.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless pre approved by Hippychick Ltd. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For UK orders, depending on the weight and size of your order, deliveries are despatched either via Royal Mail or with a courier.

Orders must be placed before 2pm from Monday – Thursday. If you have an urgent order, and it is after 2pm, please call the office and we will try our best to help.
