So when you go online to buy something you need either for yourself, or your children, you want the process to be as quick, easy and pain free as possible.
And that’s why Hippychick have invested the past nine months developing a brand new website which I am delighted to report, is now live!
We have known for some time that our old website wasn’t working as well as it should, thanks to your valuable feedback. Lockdown, whilst it’s been challenging for everyone, has at least given us the opportunity to invest some time and thought into addressing many of the important issues you have raised.
There are many new features on our new website designed to ease your journey with Hippychick. A key highlight is the opportunity for you to create a personal customer account – so you can see and track all your orders in one place.
Deliveries from abroad have been our greatest challenge over the past year. But if one of our products is out of stock, you can now tick a box to be notified as soon as the item comes back online to save you from having to go back and check yourself.
And given that we know at least 70% of you are using your mobiles to navigate our site, we’ve done all we can to adapt the site so it will perform seamlessly on your mobile screen.
We’re really pleased with the result. But far more importantly, we hope you are too.
