As you will be aware, the Royal Mail strikes are causing severe delays this Christmas with items taking up to two weeks to arrive at their destination. With further strike action scheduled for this weekend, we expect the delays to worsen considerably.
What are we doing to help?
Our overriding priority is to get your Christmas orders to you in time for the big day. That’s why we’ve taken the decision today to subsidise the cost of our courier delivery service and charge customers a flat fee of £5.00 for all courier deliveries, regardless of size.
The knock on effect of the Royal Mail strikes is that couriers are also under increasing pressure. We highly recommend you opt for this service at the checkout to guarantee arrival before Christmas.
