At Hippychick we are committed to discovering and developing innovative and original products that are truly beneficial for parents and children alike.

These are aimed at babies and toddlers up to the age of 5 and are available by mail order, online, through national retail chains (Boots, Mothercare, John Lewis), and independent nursery, toy and gift retailers all over the country. Hippychick products are also now exported to over 20 different countries abroad.

We are a small, friendly company who believe in talking to you, our customers, listening to your feedback, and making changes and improvements as a result.

The Hippychick Story:

Founded in August 1999 by Julia Minchin at home
Husband Jeremy joins the business in Autumn 2001
January 2003 sees the office move to bigger premises off the M5 at Bridgwater
In November 2005 the warehouse is doubled in size
In 2007 the warehouse doubled in size again

After ten years and three children we now employ twelve hard working employees, an outside PR consultancy and five agents continually on the road.

Recent awards include Somerset Business Awards 2009 2nd Place in Business of the Year 5-50 employees Category and Finalist in Regional Business Awards 2009
