"I just wanted to write to let you know how useful "Mummy’s special seat"; which is what my daughter and I call the "hippychick hipseat" has been. I have what is suspected to be late onset FSH Muscular Dystrophy, which means I have little strength in my right arm; and I am unfortunately right handed. The hippychick seat allows me to carry my daughter, and reduce the weight I am bearing through my arm, and therefore keep any strain on my arm to a minimum. I know it was designed for people with bad backs, but it really has been a godsend for me with my condition, and allows me to have the closeness of carrying my daughter, which I would really miss if it was never possible."
