Delivery Times and Charges

Hippychick aims to hold stock of all styles and sizes of the products on the web site. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if we are unable to fulfil an order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.

All goods that we show as in stock on the site will be delivered within 7 working days and frequently will be quicker.

Our telephone/fax is manned Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm GMT. There is an answerphone service at any other times. Tel: +44 (0)1278 434440. Phone/fax calls are charged at your normal tariffs.

We have tried to make the delivery charges as simple to understand as possible, but if you have any questions about the delivery charges, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our aim is that all orders received before 12 noon will be despatched by Royal Mail the same day (or the following Monday if placed over the weekend) except during very busy periods.

All UK orders over £100 will be despatched free of charge.

UK Delivery

Please allow 7 working days.

Standard Delivery:

Cost £2.95 per delivery address for orders under £50.00
Cost £4.95 per delivery address for orders over £50.00

Express Delivery:

Cost £6.50 per delivery address for 'Next Working Day Delivery' . Orders need to be placed before 12 noon. If you have a really urgent order and it is after 12 noon, please call the office and we will try our best to help.

For Saturday deliveries, please call the office (01278 434440) and we will be able to give you the cost depending on the item required.

A signature will be required on delivery.

For UK orders containing the above please add £3.00 per item

Overseas Delivery

Please allow 7-14 working days

Western Europe: £6.50 (Under £50), £8.50 (Over £50)
Rest of the World: £8.00 (Under £50), £12 (Over £50)

Wheelybugs/Motorbikes/Planx/Junior Tradesman

For overseas orders including the above products, £15 per item will be added to your P&P charge. A signature will be required on delivery, and we can provide you with a tracking number if requested..

Gift Wrapping

We are pleased to gift-wrap your presents for you for £3 per item. If you send us a gift card we can include it in the parcel or we can write one for you.

Returns Policy

You can return your order for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing goods are in a re-saleable condition. If your goods are damaged or faulty we will refund the full cost of returning the product to us. Please pack the items back in the parcel; attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch & Amex. For further details please refer to Methods of Payment.

All prices quoted on this web site are accurate at the time of going to press and are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Our VAT number is 741 5448 35.

Any customs or import duties levied once the packages reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.

Print and post your order form to the following address: Hippychick Ltd, 1 Roberts Drive, Taunton Road, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 6BH. Be sure to include your card details or personal cheque made out to ‘Hippychick Limited’. For cheque orders please write your cheque guarantee card number on the back of the cheque.
